By accessing or using the KemProtein website ("Site") and any related services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be received in full before shipment.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
